The Beginner's Professional Chromatic
The first HOHNER chromatic harmonica was released in the early years of the 20th century. 
So in the early 21st century, we decided to commemorate the centenary of this historic 
occasion by unveiling our Discovery 48. While remaining true to the character of the 
original, its ergonomic design incorporates all the advantages of a 21st century instrument. 
The warm, mellow sound captivates listener and player alike and invokes the true essence
of what the chromatic is all about. Recommended by leading players, the Discovery 48 is 
the perfect instrument for beginners and ambitious hobbyists alike, offering many of
the advantages of more expensive models at a bargain price.

The Little CJ Blackwood is identical to the Little CJ OP except for its stunning solid Blackwood 
top and Blackwood back and sides. It also features a Mahogany neck, Ovangkol fingerboard, 23.5” 
(597mm) scale length, 
Fishman Presys II electronics and a gig bag. The arched back also enhances comfort for hours of 
playing as well as a V-shape 
neck profile to better fit smaller hands. Whether you want to take a compact yet great sounding 
acoustic to a camping trip or a 
local coffee house gig, the Little CJ Blackwood will provide the look, performance and flexibility 
to meet virtually any playing requirements.

Open Pore Light Burst Finish
Not only does the open pore finish enhance the resonance of the woods but it also reduces the weight 
of the guitar for improved playability.
