Tube Man MKII
NUX Tube Man MKII byr på en klassisk "grønn" overdrive-lyd fra den legendariske pedalen
med samme farge. Hvis man ikke spiller på en ekte rørforsterker, som er makset ut
for å drive rørene hardest mulig, kan det være vanskelig å få lyden av genuin overdrive.
Det løste vi ved å trykke inn litt ekstra gain!

Den originale "grønne" pedalen ble bygget rundt et "op-amp" (operasjonsforsterker)-system,
som var en veldig enkel krets, uten forvrengning. Dermed måtte signalet omformes til
vreng oppstod ("diode clipping"). Litt clipping gir overdrive - mye clipping gir distortion.

Men - i Tube Man MKII bruker vi et FET-transistorsystem. Dette er ideelt fordi slike
transistorer kan frembringe ønsket overdrive og distortion uten å måtte drives hardt. En
overdrive-pedal fremhever overtoner, øker sustain, og gir deg mer trøkk og "plass" i
miksen. Disse små grønne boksene sørger for lyden av en analog rørforsterker - uten at du
må skru alt opp til 11.
