LR BAGGS IBAS

The iBeam’s MIPA award-winning design employs a matched pair of virtually weightless
film sensors that flex with the soundboard to trace your guitar’s voice much like
diaphragms in a stereo mic. A key advantage over typical bridge plate sensors is the
iBeam’s “cardioid” like response pattern that inhibits feedback and string squeak
while selectively admitting rich tone-producing vibrations. Weighing less than 1/3
of an ounce, the pickup will not alter the guitar’s natural acoustics and easily
mounts to the bridge plate with peel-and-stick adhesive.

The iBeam Active pairs the iBeam with an all-discrete Class A endpin preamp with
soundhole volume control. The sweet and ultra-quiet audiophile-grade preamp faithfully
amplifies every nuance of the pickup. Superior sound and performance is built in for
easy plug-and-play performance. An auxiliary passive channel is also available for
adding a secondary pickup.

The iBeam Active is also great for direct studio or home recording. Comparison tests
have demonstrated that the fidelity of this system is a great alternative to
studio microphones.

LR Baggs iBeam passive

Acoustic Guitar Bridge plate Pickup
Like the B-Band AST and the K&K Pure Mini, the LR Baggs I-Beam is a soundboard pickup that adheres
to the inside of your guitar, on the bridgeplate between your soundhole and bridge pins. In doing so,
it produces a remarkably natural tone by picking up the vibrations of the soundboard (rather than the
vibration of the strings, as with undersaddle pickups). The I-Beam is responsive enough that it will
even pick up percussive effects and fingersqueak. Included with each I-Beam is a placement jig that
makes the pickup totally self-installable (provided you have the hole for the endpin jack in place).
I-Beams are shipped with extra adhesive strips on request in case you need to experiment with placement.

The Baggs I-Beam pickup is available in two versions, one for regular steel-string guitar and one
for classical guitar. They are essentially identical, but the classical version has a little arch cut into
the middle of the pickup so it can straddle the center fan brace.

SHUBB C1k CAPO Stålstr. Black

Steel String Guitar
fits most acoustics and electrics

Capo Noir now includes the design features previously available only on our stainless steel models!

• Roller design - smoother action, superior geometry, reduced wear
• Rounded edges - softer to the touch
• Contoured lever - easier to use

For years our most commonly requested combination of features has been "can I get the Shubb capo in
black with the roller?" Well, now you can.

Machined of brass and plated in black chrome, this stunningly beautiful capo will be the
choice of anyone who prefers an elegant and inconspicuous look onstage or off.
Perfect for instruments with black hardware or any dark finished instrument, and a must
have for anyone who likes the stealth look!

Roller mechanism
The roller mechanism equalizes the dropoff across the full range of the capo.
Because the roller head adjusts upward on an arc (as opposed to a straight line) it moves inward toward
the center curve of the middle piece of the capo as it is tightened - so it does not move further past
center when it is set tighter. This maintains a relationship between the moving parts that results in the same,
ideal amount of dropoff at any point within the capo's working range.
So you get the ideal amount of dropoff on a thin neck, on a thick neck, and all those in between...
and on different parts of the same neck.
