dash of extra copper to our 80/20 blend. The trace amount of phosphorous in the bronze makes them 
additionally resistant to corrosion when compared to an 80/20 bronze composition. They provide a 
balance, warm and mellow tone with a refined mid-range presence - delivering a natural sound.

Beyond the bronze age
One of the earliest copper based materials used for acoustic strings was the 80/20 
brass series from around the 1940s. It is commonly referred to as “yellow bronze”.
